Colombia is always an incredible coffee destination and one of our favourites.

DAY 1

With everyone safely arrived in Bogotà

The Trucillo family from Salerno in Italy were our special guest for this trip

With the help of Sanremo we organised a pre-event for the coffee community of Bogota

The latte art battle attracted a bit of attention.

Not everyone hiked down for the first group photo, but that’s ok as it wouldn’t be the last

Next stop is for the most amazing arepas in all of Colombia

Day 2

A BIG start to the week as we dive into the world of understanding Colombia coffee. The varieties, the challenges, the coffee farming life. Day 1 on the farm is always a busy one as we follow the coffee bean from a seed to a plant to the fruit- Lets go full cycle

DAY 3

Time to learn more about the processing and the finance behind farming.

In the afternoon we visited one of our farmers in the region.Claudia- We also took the guests for a liitle Colombia treat as we tried to play a Colombia national sport

day 4

It’s time to leave Misiones and drive through the countryside of Colombia towards Ibague.

Another big day of education as we visit with Mauricio Shattah on his farm “Finca La Negrita”. Also time for a hike.

day 6

Time to head back to Bogotà, but the trip is not yet over. There is still more to see.
