Based in Turin, Italy, Damian is originally from New Zealand.
A love of travelling, snowboarding and good food brought him to Italy where eventually a love of coffee was born.
Damian spent more than than ten years working for one of Italy’s biggest roasting companies setting up their Coffee Training Academy. Over this time he was responsible for the opening of more than 150 of their franchising locations worldwide.
