Patrick O’Malley is the Guru of coffee roasting. Patrick is a SCAE Authorized Trainer, Q Grader, Roast Master, and Tea Sommelier. He created the IBCA (International Barista Coffee Academy) to educate those with a desire to learn more in the following key areas: Barista Skills, Roasting, Grinding and Brewing, Sensory Cup Tasting, Green Coffee, Tea Sommelier.
