Costa Rica December 4th-12th 2021
After Covid stopped the world we couldn’t wait to get back to the plantations. Costa Rica was the best choice as it was easy to travel to and low risk.
Our home for the week in Costa Rica.
Always time for a little fun and beach. Our time in Costa Rica took us close to the beaches so it seemed rude not to stop for the afternoon. Creating a group as always been important to us so we make sure there is time for a little play.
The pickers behind are bringing in the daily coffee harvest.
We headed up to catch up with the pickers in the same transport that they use: a trailer on the back of the tractor. At the end of the day the pickers would line up to get paid per bucket.
On a visit to the Zanetti farm. Our most incredible hosts the Zanetti group looked after us non stop. Thank you!

CQI cupping essentials meant that there was quite a lot of cupping.
Our favorite photographer loves to feel the grit between his toes apparently.
On many different trips we find him dipping his toes in.
There is something incredible beautiful to us about a fully laden branch with coffee cherries.
